New eLearning Lessons in the Tax Performance System (TPS) Certificate

NASWA, in partnership with the U.S. Department of Labor, is pleased to announce the latest eLearning lesson releases in the Tax Performance System (TPS) certificate.

In these online lessons, TPS reviewers apply the methodologies outlined in the ET 407, TPS Handbook to sample cases from:

  • Status Determination
  • Report Delinquency
  • Contribution Report Processing

TPS staff members are strongly encouraged to register for the TPS trainings to gain a greater and refreshed understanding of the TPS program and insight on conducting high-quality TPS reviews.

We appreciate the continued support provided by state workforce agencies in providing examples, technical guidance, and feedback.
