The 2020 Winter Policy Forum was held on Wednesday, February 12, 2020, at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill. More than 175 attendees from 38 states, including the District of Columbia, and 19 private organizations were represented.
A pre-conference workshop presented by LinkedIn was held for the first time and many guest speakers attended including Alex Ruder, Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta; Carol L. Dobak, Rehabilitation Services Administration, U.S. Department of Education; Stephen Wooderson, Council of State Administrators of Vocational Rehabilitation; Scott Cheney, Credential Engine; John P. Pallasch, U.S. Department of Labor; Livia Lam, Center for American Progress; John Colbert, Capitol Hill Partners.

Conference Attendance Registration:
Staff from your organization attending the conference should register as "Non-Members" by going to the "Registration" tab above.
After completing the sponsor registration, you must still register to attend the conference. The conference registration is a separate, standalone registration from the sponsor registration.
If you signed up for a sponsorship level that includes complimentary attendee registration(s), you will receive a complimentary registrationcode for the number of free registrations available to your Sponsorship Level. The code will be sent to the individual purchasing the sponsorship.
Deadlines:
Company description, logo, and website URL should be submitted during registration or sent to NASWA-Meetings@naswa.org as soon as possible.
Program adcontent should be submitted as soon as possible to NASWA-Meetings@naswa.org(Gold and Silver levels only) The deadline for submitting program ads is Friday, January 10, 2020. View Ad Specs
Payment is due no later than four (4) weeks prior to the event, January 14, 2020. If payment is not received by four (4) weeks prior to the event any signed sponsorship agreements are null and void.
Conference bags, sponsored lanyards, and any company-branded materials to be included in the registration packet items should reach the hotel by Friday, February 7, 2020.

How do I cancel my registration?
In the Registration Confirmation email you received from NASWA Meetings after registering for the conference, click "Event Summary" then click the "Unregister" button. Follow the instructions to finalize the cancellation of your registration.

What are the cancellation and refund policies?
Registrants who cancel or do not send a replacement will be billed the applicable registration fee: Ten (10%) percent of the registration cost or $50; whichever is greater, will be charged as a processing fee for cancellations/refunds requested on or before 14 days before the start of the first meeting. No refunds will be made for cancellation requests received after 14 days before the start of the first meeting.
