The State Information Data Exchange System (SIDES) Seminar is a gathering for state workforce members, employers, and third-party administrators (TPAs) to discuss current and developing trends in the unemployment program and how SIDES can be used to enhance integrity measures, streamline claims processing, and reduce agency costs.

Concurrent Breakout Session: Detecting and Correcting Improper Payments During a Pandemic

UI integrity is everyone’s job! Hear from the NASWA Integrity Center, as well as states and employers who share practical ways that overpayments can be prevented, detected, and corrected to improve the integrity of the UI system across the country.

States using SIDES E-Response saw drastic increases in the number of participants transitioning away from paper. Following the discussion, get a sneak preview into the SIDES E-Response Facelift Project and learn how you can start to prepare.
