A name badge is required to attend all NASWA programming/events. Please be sure to pick up your name badge in the meeting room.

Breakfast and lunch will be provided with registration.

June 4, 2025

8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

The cost to attend the one and a half meetings on June 4 - 5, listed below, is $350.00. Breakfast and lunch will be provided on Wednesday, June 4 and breakfast will be provided on Thursday, June 5.

Upon completing registration, you have the option to pay by credit card, purchase order, or check.

Please make checks payable to the National Association of State Workforce Agencies.

Cancellations and Refunds

Attendees who cancel and do not transfer their registration will be charged a $50.00 processing fee for cancellations/refunds requested on or before May 20, 2025. No refunds will be made for cancellation/refund requests received after May 20, 2025.

By attending the event, you acknowledge and agree as follows: (a) NASWA may use photographs or recordings of you at the event for social media, marketing, promotional activities and for any other lawful purpose in the ordinary course of its business; (b) due to the prevalence of mobile recording devices in today’s world, NASWA disclaims all liability for the capture of your image in any multimedia format by other attendees at the event.

How do I cancel my registration?

In the Registration Confirmation email you received from NASWA Meetings after registering for the conference, follow the instructions to modify your registration. You'll need your confirmation number and the email address used to complete the registration to modify your registration. Click, "Cancel Registration" and follow the instructions to complete your cancellation.

Attendees who cancel and do not transfer their registration will be charged a $50.00 processing fee for cancellations/refunds requested on or before 14 days prior to the start of the event. No refunds will be made for cancellation/refund requests received within 14 days of the event.

In the Registration Confirmation email you received from NASWA Meetings after registering for the conference, follow the instructions to modify your registration. You'll need your confirmation number and the email address used to complete the registration to modify your registration. Click, "Transfer Registration" and follow the instructions to substitute an attendee. 

If you do not have your Registration Confirmation email, please contact NASWA-Meetings@naswa.org to request a duplicate.

How can I download a copy of my registration invoice/receipt?

In the Registration Confirmation email you received from NASWA Meetings after registering for the conference, click the link to view/print your invoice/receipt.
