How We Do It
The NLx is administered and operated by nonprofit member associations: DirectEmployers Association (DE) and the National Association of State Workforce Agencies (NASWA). We leverage our technology, data, expertise, networks and state workforce resources to connect government agencies, nonprofits, and community partners, creating solutions that support employers’ hiring needs and workers’ economic opportunities.
Our growing team of workforce development and HR professionals, labor market researchers, and data and technology experts from both public and private sectors works with organizations across the workforce system to improve efficiency, deepen labor market insights, and connect talent to opportunity.
