Community of Practice

The National Labor Exchange (NLx) offers ways for workforce, education and economic development stakeholders to collaborate, exchange ideas and learn from peers about the NLx and related data-driven initiatives.

Participation is flexible, with opportunities for individuals and organizations to engage based on their interests, capacity, and role.

The NLx Community of Practice is a collaborative network that shares knowledge, exchanges ideas, and co-creates solutions and services that support the NLx and strengthen the labor exchange ecosystem nationwide.

Participation in the Community of Practice is open to members of NASWA and DirectEmployers Association (DE) who want to deepen their involvement in the NLx.
