NASWA Releases 2025 State of the Workforce Report



WASHINGTON -- The National Association of State Workforce Agencies (NASWA) has released its bi-annual State of the Workforce Report. The report includes national workforce data and state profiles for all 50 states, plus the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

The profiles include labor market and workforce information, an overview of the state's workforce structure, and participants served. The report also highlights the uniqueness of every state by promoting the innovations taking place across the country in serving America's workforce.

Sanders, NASWA President and CEO. “The report provides comprehensive labor market and workforce data, as well as showcases the strategic and innovative efforts undertaken by states in the continued resilience of the national workforce.”
