NASWA Survey: Early Implementation of the Workforce Provisions of the Recovery Act

A new NASWA report detailing the achievements and challenges of some 40 states to implement the workforce provisions of the Recovery Act was released this week through NASWA’s research arm, the Center for Employment Security Education and Research (CESER).
