NASWA invites its members to its new webinar series AI Solutions in Action. The second webinar in the series is scheduled for Wednesday, December 10, 2025, from 3:00-4:00 p.m. ET.
Overview
During this session the DC Department of Employment Services (DOES) will spotlight how their agency is leveraging AI-powered solutions to bolster workforce services. This session will explore how DOES initiated its approach to AI, provide an overview of the agency's SkillsNation platform, and examine how DC is deploying AI to improve service delivery in areas as varied as case management, career navigation, WIOA enrollment, and business engagement.
