This report discusses Adult Education and Family Literacy Act (AEFLA) as amended by Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014 (WIOA). AEFLA is the primary federal legislation that supports basic education for out-of-school adults.

State Information Data Exchange System (SIDES) team will be conducting SIDES Implementation Training February 3rd and 4th, 2015, in Denver, Colorado. The training is offered for Alaska and Connecticut, the next round of states to go live with SIDES in 2016, as well as any state or employer
