  • Member Registration: No Cost
    • A member is a state workforce agency employee
  • Non-member Registration - $150.00
    • A non-member is a non-state agency employee. This includes federal partners, vendors, sponsors, and affiliates.

Payment Options

Upon completing registration, you have the option to pay by credit card, purchase order, or check.

Please make checks payable to the National Association of State Workforce Agencies.

Please include the confirmation number and meeting you are attending on the check or purchase order.

Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellation refunds requested at any time before two weeks (14 days) prior to the start of the event will incur a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellation requests received within 14 days of the start of the event.

 


Photography and Video Disclaimer

By attending the event, you acknowledge and agree as follows: (a) NASWA may use photographs or recordings of you at the event for social media, marketing, promotional activities and for any other lawful purpose in the ordinary course of its business; and (b) due to the prevalence of mobile recording devices in today’s world, NASWA disclaims all liability for the capture of your image in any multimedia format by other attendees at the event.

Do I need to login to the NASWA website to attend the conference?

No. You do not need to login with your email and NASWA account password to attend the conference.

To attend the conference, you will need two things:

  • Zoom Meeting Links for each plenary and breakout session will be provided on the conference website under the Schedule tab beginning Wednesday, September 16th.
  • The Password to access the Zoom Meeting Links is included in your Registration Confirmation email from NASWA-Meetings@naswa.org. If you cannot locate your Registration Confirmation email, please contact NASWA-Meetings@naswa.org.

How do I join sessions during the conference?

A Zoom Meeting Link for each plenary and breakout session will be provided on the conference website beginning Wednesday, September 16.

  • Click “Schedule” on the conference website, then click a session title for more information and to access the Zoom Meeting Link (available September 16.)
  • After you click the Zoom Meeting Link, you will be prompted to enter a Zoom password. The Zoom password will be sent to you via your conference registration confirmation email from naswa-meetings@naswa.org. If you did not receive a conference registration confirmation email, contact naswa-meetings@naswa.org.

How do I cancel my registration?

In the Registration Confirmation email you received from NASWA Meetings after registering for the conference, click "Event Summary" then click the "Unregister" button. Follow the instructions to finalize the cancellation of your registration. 

If you do not have your confirmation email, please contact NASWA-Meetings@naswa.org to request a duplicate.

How do I transfer my registration to someone else?

In the Registration Confirmation email you received from NASWA Meetings after registering for the conference, click "Event Summary" then click the "Substitute Registration" button and follow the instructions to substitute an attendee. 

If you do not have your Registration Confirmation email, please contact NASWA-Meetings@naswa.org to request a duplicate.

How can I download a copy of my registration invoice/receipt?

In the Registration Confirmation email you received from NASWA Meetings after registering for the conference, click "Registration Invoice" to download your invoice/receipt.

I have a question about a NASWA event. How do I contact NASWA?

If you have a question about a specific NASWA meeting or event, please contact NASWA-Meetings@naswa.org.

What are the cancellation and refund policies?

Registrants who cancel or do not send a replacement will be billed the applicable registration fee: Ten (10%) percent of the registration cost or $50; whichever is greater, will be charged as a processing fee for cancellations/refunds requested on or before 14 days before the start of the first meeting. No refunds will be made for cancellation requests received after 14 days before the start of the first meeting.
