2022 NASWA Summit

The 2022 SUMMIT will be held at the Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park from September 20 - 22, 2022. Last year's SUMMIT saw more than 550 attendees from 46 states, including the District of Columbia and the Virgin Islands. Seventy-two private organizations were also represented. We hope you can join us in 2022!

Our attendees' health and safety are our priority. We will be implementing Health & Safety Protocols to prioritize the wellbeing of all attendees.

Registration Types

MEMBER

  • Member Registration: $450.00
    • A member is a state workforce agency employee or NASWA staff
  • Committee Registration:
    • Committee meetings are limited to NASWA Members (state workforce agency personnel) and invited guests
    • Registration amounts vary by length of the committee meeting
      • Half-day committee meetings: $87.50
      • One-day committee meetings: $175.00

NON-MEMBER

  • Government Partner Registration: $550.00
    • A USDOL employee, Federal Agency employee, Congressional staff, or Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) state agency partner employee.
  • Non-member Registration: $850.00  
    • A non-state agency employee. This includes vendors, conference sponsors, and NASWA affiliates.

Sponsorship Opportunities

There are many exciting ways for you to participate in this year's SUMMIT and engage with NASWA members. Please see the prospectus below for sponsorship opportunities and click the button to sign up as a sponsor. Send your questions to NASWA-Meetings@naswa.org.

Conference Attendance Registration:

  • Staff from your organization attending the conference should register as "Non-Members" by going to the "Registration" tab above.

  • After completing the sponsor registration, you must still register to attend the conference. The conference registration is a separate, standalone registration from the sponsor registration.             

    • If you signed up for a sponsorship level that includes complimentary attendee registration(s), you will receive a complimentary registration code for the number of free registrations available to your Sponsorship Level. The code will be sent to the individual purchasing the sponsorship. 

Deadlines:

  • Company description, logo, and website URL should be submitted during registration or sent to NASWA-Meetings@naswa.org as soon as possible.

  • Program ad content should be submitted as soon as possible to NASWA-Meetings@naswa.org (Diamond, Platinum, Gold, and Silver Sponsors only) The deadline for submitting program ads is Monday, August 1, 2022.

  • Payment is due no later than four (4) weeks prior to the event, Tuesday, August 23, 2022. If payment is not received by four (4) weeks prior to the event any signed sponsorship agreements are null and void.

  • Conference bags, sponsored lanyards, and any company-branded materials to be included in the registration packet items should reach the hotel by Thursday, September 15, 2022

  • Diamond Level Sponsors: $35,000 | SOLD OUT

  • Platinum Level Sponsors: $17,750 | SOLD OUT

  • Gold Level Sponsors: $10,000 | SOLD OUT

  • Silver Level Sponsors: $6,500 | SOLD OUT

  • Bronze Level Sponsors: $3,500 | Available (Note: This sponsorship level does not include an Exhibit Table - see A la Carte options below)

Contributor Level:

The contributor level is available to groups who choose not to be a Sponsor but instead choose to purchase an Exhibit Table only. This option is available only while space is available.

  • Contributor Level Exhibit Table (one 6' table) $2,500 | Available 

    • NOTE: This cost is for the exhibit table ONLY. Individuals working at the exhibit table will also need to register for the conference as a "Non-member." This is a separate registration from the exhibit table registration.

How do I cancel my registration?

In the Registration Confirmation email you received from NASWA Meetings after registering for the conference, follow the instructions to modify your registration. You'll need your confirmation number and the email address used to complete the registration to access your registration. Click, "Cancel Registration" and follow the instructions to complete your cancellation.

If you do not have your confirmation email, please contact NASWA-Meetings@naswa.org to request a duplicate.

How do I transfer my registration to someone else?

In the Registration Confirmation email you received from NASWA Meetings after registering for the conference, follow the instructions to modify your registration. You'll need your confirmation number and the email address used to complete the registration to access your registration. Click, "Transfer Registration" and follow the instructions to substitute an attendee.

How can I download a copy of my registration invoice/receipt?

In the Registration Confirmation email you received from NASWA Meetings after registering for the conference, click the link to view/print your invoice/receipt.

Your Health & Safety Is Our Priority. In an effort to provide an engaging and participatory experience while keeping the health & safety of attendees as our priority, we are instituting the following protocols consistent with local, state, and federal CDC Guidelines and recommendations for COVID-19 community levels.

Pre-Conference

  • In order to attend the conference, all attendees must
    • Register in advance. Registration will close on Wednesday, September 7, 2022 or once we reach capacity. 
      • There will be no onsite or late registration.
      • Attendees will find their name badge at their assigned seat in the ballroom
  • Feeling ill? Please do not plan to attend if you are feeling ill or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19. 
    • If you become sick and must cancel plans to attend the conference or committee meetings, contact NASWA Meetings

At the Conference

  • Vaccinations NOT required
    • Vaccinations are not required, but strongly encouraged
    • NASWA staff in attendance will all be fully vaccinated
  • Masks NOT required
    • Masks are not required, but are encouraged for those who choose to mask or are immunocompromised
  • No-Touch Check-In
    • Registration information & name badges will be available at attendees' assigned seats
  • Assigned Seating
    • All registered attendees will have assigned seating (more information coming soon on how to access your assigned seat)
  • Name Badges at Seat

  • How Do You Feel?
    • Attendees must check for signs of illness and symptoms of COVID-19 each morning prior to attending the event and/or meeting(s)

Post-Conference

  • If you receive a positive COVID-19 diagnosis within 14 days of attending the event, please inform NASWA so that we can perform the necessary follow-up.
