There is no cost to attend the Board of Directors Meeting. Breakfast and lunch are provided. 

June 8, 2023

8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

The cost to attend the two-day meetings on June 8 - 9, listed below, is $300.00. Breakfast and lunch will be provided on Thursday, June 8th and breakfast will be provided on Friday, June 9th.

Upon completing registration, you have the option to pay by credit card, purchase order, or check.

Please make checks payable to the National Association of State Workforce Agencies.

Please include the confirmation number and meeting you are attending on the check or purchase order.

Cancellations and Refunds
 

Attendees who cancel and do not transfer their registration will be charged a $50.00 processing fee for cancellations/refunds requested on or before May 24, 2023. No refunds will be made for cancellation/refund requests received after May 24, 2023.

By attending the event, you acknowledge and agree as follows: (a) NASWA may use photographs or recordings of you at the event for social media, marketing, promotional activities and for any other lawful purpose in the ordinary course of its business; (b) due to the prevalence of mobile recording devices in today’s world, NASWA disclaims all liability for the capture of your image in any multimedia format by other attendees at the event.

The deadline to reserve a room is  Friday, May 19, 2023. 

 

Cancellation Policy: To avoid a one-night fee, cancel 72 hours prior to 11:59 PM local time day of arrival.

How do I cancel my registration?

In the Registration Confirmation email you received from NASWA Meetings after registering for the conference, follow the instructions to modify your registration. You'll need your confirmation number and the email address used to complete the registration to modify your registration. Click, "Cancel Registration" and follow the instructions to complete your cancellation.

Attendees who cancel and do not transfer their registration will be charged a $50.00 processing fee for cancellations/refunds requested on or before 14 days prior to the start of the event. No refunds will be made for cancellation/refund requests received within 14 days of the event.

If you do not have your confirmation email, please contact NASWA-Meetings@naswa.org to request a duplicate.

In the Registration Confirmation email you received from NASWA Meetings after registering for the conference, follow the instructions to modify your registration. You'll need your confirmation number and the email address used to complete the registration to modify your registration. Click, "Transfer Registration" and follow the instructions to substitute an attendee. 

If you do not have your Registration Confirmation email, please contact NASWA-Meetings@naswa.org to request a duplicate.

How can I download a copy of my registration invoice/receipt?

In the Registration Confirmation email you received from NASWA Meetings after registering for the conference, click the link to view/print your invoice/receipt.
