Maine Department of Labor: The purpose of this Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is to provide guidance on granting waivers of overpayments of UI, DWB, TRA, EB, and UCX/FE Benefits created during or as a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic, as well as overpayments on PEUC, FPUC, PUA, and LWA.
