    Behavioral Insights (BI) provides behavioral science expertise, evidence-based insights, and support for state workforce agencies seeking innovative approaches to help solve challenging program problems.

    Booth 118

    The Unemployment Insurance Interstate Connection Network (ICON) is the system that allows State UI agencies to request and receive data for use in the filing and processing of combined wage claims, military and federal claims. The system provides for the exchange of data between State workforce agencies as well as federal partners.

    Integrity Data Hub

    Booth 106

    Fight fraud with the Integrity Data Hub (IDH). The IDH is a unique, secure, multistate data system with advanced data cross-matching and analysis capability that detects and prevents UI fraud and improper payments. Designed to be easily accessible, the IDH supports states with varying levels of resources and technology. Participating states provide UI claims and employer data and receive results for review and investigation.

    • Identify fictitious employer fraud and associated fraudulent activity. With IDH's new employer data module (EDM), employer registrations are compared against fraud alerts and fictitious employer records with real-time results. This new service is available at no-cost to states.

    Learning and Library

    Booth 128

    Learning is your one-stop resource for workforce development training. Access a wide range of workforce development training resources designed to meet the evolving needs of the system.

    The Library is an online knowledge-sharing platform, connecting NASWA members to digital resources and a national network of subject matter experts. All resources are vetted by subject matter experts and accessible 24/7 via desktop or mobile device.

    National Labor Exchange (NLx) & NLx Research Hub

    The National Labor Exchange (NLx) serves as the trusted labor exchange network in the U.S. The NLx collects and distributes millions of unduplicated and authentic job openings exclusively from original and vetted sources each day to every U.S. state and territory and a network of partners.

    SIDES

    The State Information Data Exchange System (SIDES) is a software tool that empowers states, employers, Third Party Administrators (TPAs) and Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) to quickly, accurately, and securely respond to unemployment insurance requests. SIDES has six components, called exchanges, that makeup the full SIDES solution. Each exchange supports a specific step in the life cycle of an unemployment insurance claim.

    UI IT Support Center

    The UI IT Support Center (UI ITSC) provides information, software tools and products, and advisory services to states in support of information technology (IT) systems for the Unemployment Insurance program. This assists states in their efforts to enhance efficiencies and promote sharing and replication of successful UI models and practices.

    Workforce IT Support Center

    Workforce ITSC (WITSC) helps states and workforce partners strengthen service delivery through technology, collaboration, and shared solutions. From guidance on modernizing workforce systems to practical resources, WITSC equips states with the tools needed to support program integration and drive better outcomes.
